Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the app Fujirama and the associated website (fujirama.app). By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Fujirama is an independent iOS app that offers the following features:

  • Wireless connection to compatible Fujifilm cameras via BLE and WiFi
  • Transfer of photos and videos to the iPhone
  • Management and transfer of film simulation recipes
  • Community features for discovering and sharing recipes
  • Remote camera control with live view

3. User Account

Certain features (e.g. community, recipe sync) require an account. The service is intended for persons aged 16 and over. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Edit profile → Delete account).

4. User Content & Conduct — Zero Tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. When using the community features, the following are prohibited in particular:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, threats, or harassment
  • Pornographic, violence-glorifying, illegal, or misleading content
  • Content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, personality rights)
  • Spam, malware, or any abuse or manipulation of the app

You can report objectionable content (recipes and comments) directly in the app and block abusive users. Blocked content disappears from your feed immediately; every report and block is forwarded to us. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and eject responsible users from the service. We may remove content and temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Premium Subscription

Fujirama optionally offers a premium subscription. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management is handled through the App Store settings of your Apple account. A 7-day free trial is offered.

6. Disclaimer

Fujirama is provided to the best of our knowledge and ability. We assume no liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, in particular not for data loss on the camera.

7. Compatibility

The app is designed for current Fujifilm cameras with Bluetooth & WiFi. A compatible camera is required for the core features. We do not guarantee compatibility with all camera models.

8. Trademark Notice

Fujirama is an independent app and is not affiliated with FUJIFILM Corporation and is neither endorsed nor authorized by FUJIFILM Corporation. "Fujifilm" and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
